What ingredients do we use?

All the ingredients we use are safe and sustainable. The entire series of products is vegan, cruelty-free, and eco-friendly.Our candles are made of 100% soy wax, pure cotton wick, and high-quality sesame oil.

Can I DIY a gift?

Yes! You can write down good wishes or mottos on the box. If you have any special needs, subscribe and tell us what you want.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal - we do not accept cash, check, Venmo, Bitcoin, or money orders.

Can I change / cancel my order?

We work with reliable logistics partners. We will try our best to cancel or change your order if needed. If you need to change your information or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours or less after placing your order. If the product has already been delivered, you can’t change your order. Please write down your order number and request in the subject line, for example:

SOULINK123456-cancel the order.

SOULINK123456- change address.

Please note that once an order is placed, we will not be able to merge separate orders or change products and so please carefully check your address. SOULINK is not responsible for the loss or theft of the package due to wrong shipping information. Once the package is delivered, we will not be able to ask the carrier to change the address.

What if my candle arrived damaged?

We will spare no efforts to ensure your package arrives as quickly and safely as possible; however, on rare occasions, breakage may occur during transportation. If this happened, please send email to hello@soulink.com with information as follows:

Photos of the packaging and candle if possible.

Quantity of broken candles as well as the order number (ex. HSC#) and we'll make the replacement ASAP.  

You can ask for a refund or a replacement, if you feel your candle is defective. Please follow the steps above so we can solve your problems as quickly as possible.
