If you need to change your information or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours or less after placing your order. If the product has already been delivered, you can’t change your order. Please write down your order number and request in the subject line, for example:
SOULINK123456-cancel the order.
SOULINK123456- change address.
Please note that once an order is placed, we will not be able to merge separate orders or change products and so please carefully check your address. SOULINK is not responsible for the loss or theft of the package due to wrong shipping information. Once the package is delivered, we will not be able to ask the carrier to change the address.
