FAQs
How to install it? Hook the elastic rope to the stick and link the foot loop to the rope. Make sure they are firmly connected. When workout is done, just need to disconnect them and settle them in the package.
How to exercise? Stride and deep squat, squat-up, weightlifting. These exercises build your muscles like shoulder muscle, biceps (synchronous), biceps (each step). (Please refer to the 2nd picture on the left.) Tips: For better outcome, please exercise 12-15 times for each set of actions and there are 4 to 5 sets of actions for each movement.
